Psyntech, collaborating with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), engaged P4PE Institute to develop the Career Management Framework (CAMAF). This initiative aimed to align HR processes with organizational goals, fostering a culture of meritocracy, leadership, learning, and customer focus at CBN.
THE CHALLENGE
The evolving workplace landscape, marked by globalization, technological advancements, demographic shifts, and changing employee expectations, posed challenges for talent management at CBN. To remain competitive and sustainable, CBN sought to enhance its career management practices to empower employees in navigating their career journeys effectively.
THE SOLUTION
P4PE Institute, as a Subject Matter Expert and project manager, collaborated with Psyntech to design and implement the Career Management Framework (CAMAF) for CBN. This comprehensive tool integrated vital HR processes, workforce analytics, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, succession planning, rewards, and career development. The CAMAF aimed to provide clarity, consistency, transparency, and fairness, enabling staff to make informed career decisions and managers to effectively manage talent across the organization.
THE RESULT
The implementation of the Career Management Framework (CAMAF) at CBN would yield significant outcomes including:
