About SPHRi Certification:
The SPHRi certification is designed to recognize HR professionals who operate at a senior level in the field of human resources with an international focus. The certification is administered by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).

Eligibility Requirements:
Experience: Candidates with a master’s degree need at least 4 years of professional-level HR experience in an international setting. OR Bachelor’s degree +5 years of experience in HR.
Course Details:
Physical Session: N300,000 (recorded sessions, Materials, access to facilitators live, case study/assignments and mock exams)
Virtual Session: N200,000 (recorded sessions, Materials, access to facilitators, case study/assignments and mock exams)
Duration: 4 weekends.
Exam Details:
To earn the SPHRi certification, candidates must pass the SPHRi exam, which assesses their knowledge in areas such as global HR strategic planning, international labor laws, and cross-border HR practices
