COURSE OVERVIEW

This functional Leadership Programme is in uniquely based on the Leadership Pipeline book by Stephen Drotter and James Noel.

“Functional Leader” is an intensive Leadership Transition Programme that gives the participating leader insights, tools and practical training on how to transition to the Functional Leaders level and acquire the right work values, time application and skills: This programme clarifies the specific responsibilities and performance expectations for the participating Leader of Leaders by defining the work that needs to “be done” in order to be successful at the Functional Leader level

Furthermore, the Leadership programme enables the participating leaders to successfully transit through the critical passage when moving from being a Leader of Leaders to becoming a Functional.

Target Audience

The target audience for the programme is Functional Leaders reporting directly to a Business Leader. The programme can be customized to the experience level and seniority of the target group:

  • Newly appointed Functional Leaders (6 months to 2 years in the job)
  • Experienced Functional Leaders (2 years to 6 years in the job)
  • Very experienced Functional Leaders (more than 6 years in the job)

We can also design the programme to address a specific management team where we gather the Business Leader and all the Functional Leaders reporting to him or her.

Furthermore, the programs can easily be customized to capture specific organizations’ desired leadership culture and existing HR tools.
