Global HR Management Course
Course Overview:
The Global HR Management Course is a dynamic and comprehensive program designed to empower HR professionals and leaders to excel in the global landscape. In today’s world, where organizations span diverse cultures, sizes, and characteristics, this course equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive. You will explore the challenges presented by a complex global economy and develop your skills as a human resource professional, who can respond to the changing nature of a diverse global workforce. Throughout the course we will encourage you to apply your knowledge and skills to practical problems and situations. Our aim is to encourage intellectual rigor with a strong orientation to practice. It offers a hybrid learning experience and provides 15 credit units towards recertification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute). Participants will also receive a toolkit of resources and templates to apply their learning effectively.
