Nosak Farms (a subsidiary of the Nosak Group of companies) is a palm oil refinery based in Lagos Nigeria. The organisation sought to align its business processes with corporate objectives and prepare for ISO certification. THE CHALLENGE
Nosak Farms, experiencing growth in its refinery division, lacked documented systems and standards essential for seamless performance management. The absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and HR policies hindered efficiency and posed a barrier to ISO certification. Key business processes, including raw material sourcing, palm oil refinery, and marketing, required streamlining.

THE SOLUTION

This included validating the current operating model, conducting a process audit, developing SOPs and process manuals, and creating staff policies.
