COURSE OVERVIEW

As part of Mouka’s capacity development plan, it intends to uniquely build the capacity of the supervisory team across all three plants (Lagos, Benin and Kaduna). These team members are fundamental to the operations at the plant and their engagement level have been known to go down bothering on limited skills, slow career growth and lack of motivation. It is against this backdrop that the organization has requested for a proposal to survey the supervisors, train them, and provide coaching.
