THE CHALLENGE

The Executive Management of SIFAX Group embarked on a strategic transformation agenda to enhance workforce capability and align business operations with strategic goals. Facing challenges such as staff redundancies, lack of developmental clarity, and the need for agile staff deployment across subsidiaries, the organization sought to streamline its workforce and operational plans.

THE SOLUTION

In response to SIFAX Group’s challenges, a comprehensive Development Assessment & Staff Audit was commissioned. This initiative aimed to provide clarity on areas of strength and development needs, facilitating the organization’s capability to drive business growth. Key interventions included Job Analysis for proper staff placement and development, Competency assessments to identify development needs, and alternative employee placement strategies to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

THE RESULT

Following the completion of the project, P4PE delivered impactful outcomes: i. Job Profiles for advised staff roles, outlining organizational and critical competencies. ii. Development plans tailored to each role, including developmental routes for specific role holders. iii. Employee profile and Role Fit reports to optimize staff deployment. iv. Management & Supervisory/Operational Competency Assessments for current or related roles. v. Training Needs Reports to guide future skill development initiatives.

The project was conducted in February 2020 and spanned 8 weeks.
