 The Challenge

PIC Groups Inc. faces the challenge of articulating the necessity of enhancing leadership skills within the management team, particularly in the realm of communication, to drive strategic initiatives effectively

The Solution

To address the issue, there is a need to organize management retreat which center on “Strategic Leadership: Management to Leadership – The Influence of Communication.” To enhance their leadership skills, particularly in communication, to effectively drive strategic initiatives. Emphasizing the potential transformation of managers into inspirational leaders through improved communication, there will also be a need to align the management teams to propel the organizational to success.

The Result

The retreat  produced a comprehensive Leadership style and communication skill with the focus of enhancing the managers leadership. Overall, the retreat was seen as a valuable investment in cultivating a culture of strategic leadership within the organization.
