
About GPHR Certification:
The GPHR certification is meant to recognize HR professionals who are proficient in managing HR functions across international boundaries and dealing with global HR challenges. The certification is administered by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).

Global HR Leaders: GPHR is intended for HR professionals in senior leadership roles with significant global HR responsibilities.
Multinational Organizations: It’s ideal for individuals working in multinational corporations, global consulting firms, or organizations with an international workforce.
Experienced HR Practitioners: Candidates should have substantial experience in HR, particularly in international HR management.
Eligibility Requirements:
Experience: Candidates with a master’s degree require a minimum of 2 years of professional-level HR experience in a global field. OR a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent needs 3 years of global HR experience.

Hybrid Session Classes: N160,000(Recorded sessions, Materials, access to facilitators, case study/assignments and mock exams)
Duration: 4 weekends.
Exam Details:
To earn the GPHR certification, candidates must pass the GPHR exam, which assesses their knowledge in areas such as global staffing, international labor laws, cross-cultural HR, and global talent management.
