PHR/SPHR Eligibility: What do I need to know?

An understanding and experience in HR is required, Also HR practitioners or professionals must meet the following criteria or its equivalent:

  • PHR = 1 year/ SPHR = 4 years HR experience with a Master's degree or equivalent
  • PHR = 2 years/ SPHR = 5 years HR experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • PHR = 5 years/ SPHR = 7 years HR experience with a diploma or equivalent
